The Ethel and James Flinn Foundation is a private foundation that uses its resources to improve mental health services for children, adolescents and adults. To honor the principles set forth in the family's trust agreements, grants are made to improve the quality, scope and delivery of mental health services in Michigan, with a primary focus on Wayne, Oakland, Macomb and Washtenaw counties.
