The Ethel and James Flinn Foundation offers funding opportunities through an annual competitive Request for Proposals (RFPs) process.

The Foundation’s supported organizations listed below and the broader universe of non-profits that deliver mental health care and services in southeast Michigan (Wayne, Oakland, Macomb and Washtenaw counties) are eligible.

The Foundation will continue to award grants to the following supported organizations named in the governing instruments:

  • Henry Ford Health System
  • Mental Health Association of Michigan
  • Michigan Department of Community Health and Community
  • Mental Health Organizations of Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw and Wayne counties
  • University of Michigan
  • Rose Hill Center
  • Trinity Health Systems, including St. Joseph Mercy Hospitals
